This second part of the series Fact and Fiction is a collection of interesting scientific information on various subjects, amusing and thought-provoking. Subjects covered are a history of Algebra and strange molecules.

In this book my very dear friend, Sheo Khetan Jhunjhunuwala traces the history of his ancestors starting from the Middle Ages to the modern day. Then he describes his life story from his birth, formative years in the Netarhat Gurukul in Jharkhand to his student days in the Indian Institute of Technology. Kanpur. On reading it, one gets a glimpse of the life of a typical North Indian growing up in the fifties and sixties.He has decorated it with hundreds of rare photos.

Dr Siddiqui and I have been friends for more than a decade. He is responsible for making available to us the collection of the late Allahdad Khan of Peshawar.

He has earlier published two books with me. This is his third book. He writes

My first storybook, Fact & Fiction, Parts I, Fiction was published in Feb 2023.
This is my second storybook containing short stories based on animal fairy tales, science fiction, supernatural, murder mysteries, and an action thriller.
The first two short stories are about animal fairy tales and continue from the first two parts in the previous book, Fact & Fiction, Part 1. Both parts (The Arrival of Hominids, part 3, and The Rise of Hominids, part 4) are co-written with my daughter, a mass media, communication, and marketing graduate (Aiman Siddiqui). Both stories have a great deal of drama and humor, along the lines of an animated movie. People of all ages, especially children, will be amused reading them. As in previous parts, both fairy tales are lavishly illustrated with rock paintings and drawings of animals.  
The remaining 14 short stories are thrillers and are based on science fiction, supernatural, and murder mystery themes with unpredictable twists. I hope readers of all ages will love reading my second book as much as I enjoyed writing it.
